Well done to the children in P4 who made fantastic flying models as part of their World Around Us topic 'Up Up and Away'. They designed and created a range of things that could fly including aeroplanes, rockets, hot air balloons and kites. They put a tremendous amount of effort into their models. Some of their creations included models that moved due to the forces of push, pull, friction and thrust. The children enjoyed launching their models in the playground for everyone to see. We even had our very own Amelia Earhart in her yellow Canary model plane! Amazing work boys and girls 👏👏
