P6 Creative Writing. Step 1: Getting familiar with recount writing.

As part of our WAU topic 'Hunger' we have been learning all about the Great Irish Famine. In class we have been reading Under the Hawthorn Tree and have been looking at types of recount writing.

We're planning on writing our own famine recount in a few weeks, so keep checking for updates of our progress.

In this lesson we discussed and highlighted all the recount features we will need.
